At Sager Creek Counseling Collective, we believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and deeply human. Our practice offers compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and feelings of overwhelm. We are passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Our team brings specialized training in EMDR, play therapy, perinatal mental health, and person-centered approaches that honor each client’s unique story and experiences. Whether you are processing past trauma, supporting your child through emotional challenges, adjusting to postpartum life, or simply feeling stuck and disconnected, we are here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
At Sager Creek Counseling Collective, therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and growth — helping you move from surviving to healing.
Our Services
-
Starting with your goals, we will conduct weekly or biweekly sessions to support you and your growth.
Individual therapy is one-on-one time with a therapist where you can talk openly about what you’re going through in a private, supportive space. It’s a chance to slow down, sort through thoughts and feelings, and get help with challenges. Your therapist listens, helps you make sense of what’s going on, and works with you to build coping skills and new ways of handling life that feel more manageable.
-
We serve families who are navigating life transitions, separation, attachment issues, conflict, and more.
Relationships can be complicated, especially during seasons of stress, conflict, transition, or disconnection. Family therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, work through challenges, and better understand one another. Together, we focus on building healthier patterns, increasing connection, and creating a more supportive home and relationship dynamic. -
For kids 4-12 years of age. Children express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills through play in a safe and supportive environment.
-
For those wanting to do focused work on a painful or challenging experience, we offer EMDR therapy.
EMDR helps people process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences. It uses guided eye movements or bilateral tapping to help the brain reprocess memories so they feel less intense, distressing, or “stuck.”
-
We provide practice consulting on a case-by-case basis. Private practice consulting for therapists who are starting, growing, or refining their practice. Contact us about this service.
